Job description

We are seeking a stand out Team Leader to join a global BPO on a 12 month  contract, working for one of Australia’s largest telecommunications company in the heart of the Brisbane's CBD. You will lead a team of Customer Service & Tech Support Consultants within their Network & Tech Support Team.

  • Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm (rotating roster) 
About the role:
Your day to day will be ensuring your team are best equipped to assist customers with their inbound enquiries and be truly committed to providing solutions and creating win/win outcomes.
  • You will lead and grow a team of highly skilled individuals, coaching them to high performance and ensuring the delivery of superior customer service.
  • Manage work-flow of customer service enquiries
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching where appropriate
  • Review and manage team performance
  • Prepare & maintain monthly and quarterly reports and presentations
What do I need to be successful?
You're someone who wants to work with, develop and grow people. You are a natural leader and can coach in real time. You can deal with escalations easily and lead by example holding Customer Service Excellence at the forefront of everything you do
  • Previous Customer Service Team Leader, 2IC or Manager experience is essential
  • Contact Centre experience is essential
  • Tech Savvy
  • Understanding of key contact centre call metrics
  • Technical support or Telecommunications experience will be highly regarded
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills soon.
