Fitted for Work

At SMAART we see it as important to give back to the community. We work closely with a not for profit organisation called Fitted For Work which help women back into the workforce. We run regular seminars offering advice on resumes, interview techniques and presentation.

RCSA

SMAART Recruitment is proud to be an engaged member of the RCSA (Recruitment Consulting Services Association), an organisation dedicated to promoting best practices in recruitment. Our team is deeply involved, with two members serving on the council boards.

James Witcombe serves as Chair of the Victoria/Tasmania Region Council, and Matthew Dew is the Chair of the South Australia Region Council.

SMAART COMMUNITY DAYS

SMAART community days

Chloe, Stephanie and Rupert had the pleasure spending the afternoon with Ryan Everett and Gianna La Grua from Pay A Sack Forward. Ryan Everett and Michael Stafford founded the charity in 2013 with the aim of supporting those experiencing homelessness in Australia through the distribution of ‘survival sacks’.

HQ is a café located at St Kilda Courtyard, 107 Inkerman Street, St Kilda, and serves superb coffee which helps fund the survival sacks, why not pop in! Ryan is always looking for volunteers, so if you would like to get involved, drop Ryan a note at ryan@payasackforward.com and check out their website http://payasackforward.com
