Job description

SMAART are excited to be collaborating with a fast-scaling fin-tech platform focused on improving payment controls. They are seeking hungry, and ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join a growing and successful team based in Sydney. The role will engage with Australian SME and secure meetings and sales opportunities. Essentially we are looking for hunters who thrive in sales and business acquisition.
  
The Best Bits:
  • Strong base of $60,000 + super, OTE $100,000
  • No threshold – commission paid on every sale
  • Funky North Sydney office – close to transport
  • Work with 60% warm leads - 40% hunting cold leads
What Your Role Looks Like:
  • Converting cold and warm leads to qualified opportunities for BDMs to engage with
  • Engage with financial decisions makers of businesses and deliver a curated pitch explaining the company’s unique value propositions
  • Work against KPIs to achieve individual/team financial targets
 Some key things we are looking for are:
  • At least 6 months experience in a BDR/SDR role
  • Experience in a B2B role
  • Previous experience selling tech or SaaS
  • Working knowledge of CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
