Job description

A culture that is second to none and a team that are committed to being the best in the business. This team does things differently, they always have and so should you.

Have you ever wondered who is doing those great promotions you see, that outstanding loyalty program you’re a part of OR who designs, creates and supplies the POS magic for cinemas world wide? Have you also wanted to be involved in helping people in communities who need help?

That's part what this team does!

Just as brands are ensured to be seen, heard and remembered so too are this agency's team members & what they do.

A purpose driven business with values developed by the team and a culture that defies the usual agency stereotype of Ego's and late nights consistently places the company in the Top 10 best places to work.

This is a permanent role that is currently 0.8 FTE with the scope to grow to full time hours as Melbourne's restriction eases.

The role

Your new role will see you provide assistance to internal stakeholders and coordinate the production process. You will respond to briefs, cost and quote merchandise, source retail prizes and rewards. You will need to be comfortable presenting your findings and working collaboratively to develop creative solutions.

You will be a natural when it comes to managing end to end projects and production processes. You are detail focused and have a keen eye for process improvement.

Key requirements
  • Strong hands on experience working within production or project coordination - this is a real 'doer' role!
  • 2+ years experience in production or a project sales role
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to really own a process and make it your own
