Visual Merchandiser Role
A Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating attractive in-store and window displays that enhance the customer experience, reflect brand identity and drive sales through strategic presentation of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement visual displays that align with brand and seasonal themes
- Arrange merchandise to highlight key products and maximise appeal
- Maintain store visual standards, signage and styling consistency
- Work closely with store and marketing teams on promotional setups
- Monitor store layout performance and adjust based on sales trends
- Conduct regular store visits and provide visual direction to teams
- Stay updated on retail and design trends to inspire concepts
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in visual merchandising, retail design or fashion styling
- Strong eye for design, layout, colour and brand alignment
- Proficient in visual planning tools and design software (optional)
- Good understanding of retail operations and customer behaviour
- Strong organisational and planning abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
- Comfortable with hands-on display set up and physical tasks
