A Retail Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring consistent performance, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across locations while supporting teams to meet sales and service goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, policies and compliance across locations
- Lead and support store managers to drive performance and KPIs
- Ensure high standards of customer service and presentation

Qualifications and Skills

- Proficient in POS systems, reporting tools and retail software
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
