A Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid digital campaigns across channels to drive measurable growth in leads, conversions and ROI. The role is highly data-driven, focusing on performance, testing and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across search, social and display
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance against KPIs and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing and implement learnings to improve results
- Manage budgets, pacing and bidding strategies across platforms
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad assets
- Analyse data and deliver actionable insights and reporting
- Stay current with platform updates, tools and best practices
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution and analytics
- Proficient in tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio
- Knowledge of paid search, paid social, remarketing and funnels
- Comfortable working with budgets, forecasts and ROI models
- Familiar with ad copywriting, targeting and audience segmentation
