We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a leading project management consultancy firm based in the Melbourne CBD. 

If you are looking for a role that can offer you variety, autonomy and freedom to be creative, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You will report to the head of Talent and oversee the recruitment lifecycle for a range of exciting projects. 

This is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to take a step away from a recruitment agency but still have variety and diversity in the types of projects or roles that they work on.  

Your hard work won't go unrecognized with reward and recognition programs as well as yearly bonuses. This role offers an attractive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum (depending on experience) as well as a yearly bonus incentive.

The role

Due to growth, this role has been created to provide support to an experienced and established internal talent acquisition function. You will join a team of three and coordinate the recruitment and selection process, sourcing, screening, and identifying top talent for on and off-site projects. 

Your role has loads of room for growth with the ability to learn and upskill within the internal talent function. You will also take part in an exciting period of expansion as the company level up after winning some exciting tenders.

Key requirements
  • 2+ years experience working within an end to end recruitment role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines 
  • Previous exposure to project-based recruitment for the professional services industry a huge bonus!
