The salary of this role is $60-70K + 10% Super + Bonuses dependent on experience. 

About the position:

As a Settlements Officer, you will be the person clients & customers go to. You will deal with phone calls, emails, organising video meetings & ensuring that the client is happy. Liaising daily with Brokers, Surveryors & Solicitors will also be a large part of your role. This is a collaborative role ensuring the client is receiving the best possible service possible. You will work within a team of 3 existing Settlement Officers & assist a wider team of 12 Brokers.

Please note this role will be work from home during the present lockdown. Work from home is available, 2 days a week. 

About you:

You have a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills, you build rapport with people easily and you always have a proficient work ethic. You pride yourself on your organisation skills and you are able to prioritise conflicting deadlines. 
  • Previous banking, settlements or loan processing experience is highly regarded
