Job description

A culture that is second to none and a team that are committed to being the best in the business. This team does things differently, they always have and so should you.

Have you ever wondered who is doing those great promotions you see, that outstanding loyalty program you’re a part of OR who designs, creates and supplies the POS magic for cinemas worldwide? Have you also wanted to be involved in helping people in communities who need help?

That's part what this team does!

Just as brands are ensured to be seen, heard and remembered so too are this agency's team members & what they do.

A purpose driven business with values developed by the team and a culture that defies the usual agency stereotype of Ego's and late nights consistently places the company in the Top 10 best places to work.

This is a permanent role that is currently 0.8 FTE with the scope to grow to full time hours as Melbourne's restriction eases.
The role
Your new role will see you work with internal teams and clients to implement and manage eCommerce and online programmes solutions for a portfolio of key accounts.

Your role has a real focus on project management as you oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance and management of eCommerce solutions. You will work with internal teams to launch products, updating content and maximising the commercial potential of the online platforms.

Our ideal candidate

You're someone who has meticulous organisation skills, a high level of attention to detail, project management and stakeholder engagement skills. You may have ran end to end projects in the past or perhaps you're wanting to move out of a client facing project role and get behind the scenes a little more.

Key requirements
  • Previous experience managing and executing end to end projects – exposure to eCommerce is highly advantageous
  • Strong numeracy skills and the ability to draw insights from data is key!
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all different levels and the confidence to head up projects
  • A willingness to embrace and adapt to changing and moving environments
