Job description

We are on the search for a temporary Office Manager to be part of a busy construction company based near Queen Victoria Market which is delivering some of Victoria's most iconic construction projects!

This role will involve complete office management which includes but is not limited to; assisting constructions managers, meeting set-up and organisation, phone and email based service, ensuring plans are ready to go, provide support for other administration staff and ad hoc daily tasks. This role is for some one with a 'no job too big or to small' attitude, and who is able to hit the ground running in this type of position.

You will be working on a temporary basis for a period of 5-10 weeks and in return for your work, you will be paid an hourly wage of $32/hr - $38/hr + super. For this role, experience in an Office Management, Office Administrator or PA role is a MUST.
