With strong growth underway, the business is investing in its sales capability and looking for a motivated Trade Sales Representative to support builders, tradies and trade customers across a range of construction products.

The Role
Working as part of the sales team, you will manage customer enquiries, prepare quotes and support the sales process from enquiry through to order.
You’ll be dealing with builders, tradies and trade customers on a daily basis while working closely with the wider sales team to drive sales and maintain strong relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Managing inbound enquiries from builders and trade customers
- Preparing and following up on quotes
- Processing sales orders and coordinating with internal teams
- Providing pricing, product information and solutions
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Supporting the wider sales team to drive revenue and customer retention
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with customers and thrives in a fast-paced trade environment.
Ideally you will have
- Experience in internal sales, trade sales or customer service
- Exposure to the building materials, construction or hardware industry
- Confidence communicating with builders and tradies
- A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- A team-focused approach and willingness to learn
