We’re seeking technically minded Customer Service Consultants to join their close-knit Technical Support Team.

About the role.
As a Technical Support Consultant, you will respond to inbound calls and emails relating to service bookings, warranty enquiries, and live troubleshooting for trades and customers. You’ll support users with heating and hot water systems, diagnose issues, and coordinate next steps.
This is a collaborative, close-knit team with a strong people-first culture. You’ll receive extensive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to upskill in a highly specialised product area.
About you.
- Experience in a phone-based customer service role
- Technical aptitude — any background in trades, apprenticeships, or appliance troubleshooting is highly desirable
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to retain technical information
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Confident managing challenging conversations and delivering exceptional service
- Full Australian working rights(unfortunately WHV and Student Visa holders cannot be considered)
