About the Role:
This Level 2 Systems Analyst role is key to keeping internal systems reliable, secure and running smoothly. You’ll manage and troubleshoot systems, support both internal users and external customers, and work closely with Support Developers and Business Analysts.
Workload is roughly 70% internal and 30% client-facing. The role is replacing previously shared responsibilities, so you’ll have immediate impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and maintain internal cloud-based systems
  • Manage endpoint security for a remote workforce
  • Investigate and resolve issues using SQL, logs and diagnostic tools
  • Progress L1 escalations and communicate updates
  • Support compliance and security standards (including ISO 27001)
About You:
You’re proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving environment. You take ownership, think critically, and follow problems through to resolution.
  • 1–3 years in systems support or similar
  • Degree qualified with strong communication skills 
  • Experience with MS365, Entra, Intune, Defender, Exchange, SharePoint
  • Ability to query a database and diagnose issues via logs
  • Cloud experience (Microsoft or AWS)

  • Work independently and demonstrate strong initiative
  • Navigate a broad technical environment with lots of support, but no escalations to compliance or cybersecurity
  • Manage competing priorities across internal and client-facing tasks
  • Contribute to improving systems, processes and workflows
  • Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical team members
  • Operate comfortably on Brisbane time from anywhere on the East Coast
