- Spare Parts Interpreter Position (European Truck Parts)
- Permanent Full-Time Position
- $80K–$90K + Super (negotiable for the right candidate)
- Campbellfield Location with onsite parking
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
- Family-owned business, close-knit team
- Truck and/or Automotive Parts experience required

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the go-to person for all things parts, making sure customers get exactly what they need.
- Answering phone, email and counter enquiries
- Customer service and sales
- Ordering and dispatching parts
- Invoicing and charging customers
- Picking and packing orders
- Selling and upselling as opportunities arise
- Providing expert product advice
Someone who knows the truck or automotive parts industry inside and out, a true all-rounder who’s been around the tools and the trade.
- Multiple years of solid experience in truck or auto parts interpreting
- Great product knowledge and accuracy with orders
- A friendly and patient customer-focused mentality
- Strong communication skills and confidence in communicating with customers and suppliers
- A helpful, team-focused attitude
