About the role:
We are seeking a Solution Architect to shape and deliver AI-driven customer experience and managed services solutions for enterprise clients.
You will work across pre-sales, solution design, RFPs, and proactive proposals, partnering closely with Business Development, technical teams, and offshore delivery centres to develop scalable, commercially sound solutions.
This is a client-facing role in a fast-paced environment where AI is increasingly embedded into enterprise transformation programs, with strong exposure across both internal and external stakeholders.
About you:
You are commercially minded, technically curious, and comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments.
- Strong understanding of AI in enterprise environments
- Experience in CX, managed services, consulting, or solutioning roles
- Background in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex solution design
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working with offshore teams (ideally India)
- Exposure to large enterprise environments
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Lead solution design across complex enterprise opportunities
- Respond to RFPs, tenders, and proactive proposals
- Partner closely with Business Development in a “hand in glove” model
- Engage with clients to refine and articulate solutions
- Coordinate across technical, delivery, and offshore teams
- Support alignment of AI, CX, and managed services capability
