An established and growing Underwriting Agency in Manly is seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Consultant to play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations during an exciting period of growth and system transformation.
This is a pivotal position within the business. You will support leadership by overseeing core client service functions, managing workflow across the team and ensuring operational processes run smoothly while the business integrates into a larger structure.

The Role:
This is a hands-on position combining senior client service, administration and workflow coordination responsibilities.
- Managing and overseeing the shared enquiries inbox, allocating work and responding to broker and client queries
- Building strong relationships with brokers and direct customers
- Handling inbound calls and proactively following up cancellations or quote issues
- Preparing and processing quotes, new business and renewals
- Issuing policy documentation and managing invoicing and following up unpaid premiums and managing debtor conversations
- Supporting underwriting system upgrades, including data entry, checking and user testing
- Assisting with system migration and process improvements
- Producing team productivity and performance reports
About You:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an Underwriting Agency, Insurance Broker, or Insurer, with a strong background in client service, senior customer service, or insurance administration.
You will be experienced in managing quotes, renewals, invoicing, and debtor follow-ups, and comfortable overseeing shared inboxes and allocating workflow. Experience supporting system upgrades or migrations is highly regarded, along with strong Excel and general systems capability.
You will be proactive, organised, and confident managing competing deadlines, while maintaining an outgoing, professional, and relationship-focused approach. Comfortable speaking with brokers and clients on a daily basis, this role requires prior insurance experience and someone who can step in with confidence and quickly take ownership.
