About the Role:
As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of consultants delivering exceptional service and sales outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance people, performance, and process while driving a strong, supportive culture.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team to achieve service and sales targets
  • Managing performance, KPIs, and customer outcomes
  • Supporting escalations and ensuring high-quality customer interactions
  • Identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies
  • Partnering with peers and leaders to strengthen engagement and results
Roster: Monday–Friday between 7am–6pm with occasional Saturday shifts
Work style: Hybrid (1 day WFH)
Requirement:  Team leading experience in a contact centre mandatory. Sales background preffered, to support the internal sales and service environment

About You:
You’re an experienced contact centre leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to motivate teams through change.
  • Proven experience leading teams in a contact centre
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capability
  • Confidence managing performance metrics, operations, and customer outcomes
  • A collaborative leadership style that builds engagement and accountability
  • Insurance or financial services experience (highly regarded)
