Reporting into the SDR Team Leader, you will be one of the first hires and will help shape, mould and launch this new and exciting vertical for the business.
This role is for the hunters.
You will be the engine room of the sales cycle, responsible for researching, canvassing and calling businesses to set high level appointments for the consulting team.
Who will you be calling? Basically any business with a space, be it office, hospitality, retail or commercial.
More about the role itself:
- Identify and research potential clients to build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
- Actively participate in creating and executing campaigns and sales sprints
- Master the art of the first touch by canvassing and calling to secure appointments
- Work closely with the Team Leader to maximise lead flow and campaign effectiveness
- Analyse data to identify trends, performance gaps and optimisation opportunities
- Experience in a phone based lead generation or sales environment
- A solid understanding of how to build a pipeline from scratch
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- If you have studied or have knowledge of the Design, Construction, Architecture or Consulting industry would be fantastic but not essential
- High attention to detail and a resilient, high energy approach to work
- Base salary of 80,000 to 85,000 + Super
