About the Role
This is a showroom-based retail sales role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers; face-to-face walk-ins, phone calls or online enquiries.
- Managing customer enquiries across in-person, phone, and email
- Building rapport quickly and understanding customer needs
- Guiding customers through the buying journey and closing sales
- Following up leads and maximising every opportunity
- Keeping the showroom looking sharp and inviting
- Working closely with the team to ensure a seamless experience
- Experience in retail, sales or customer service
- Personable with a true passion for customer service
- Confidence in building rapport and closing sales
- Clear and friendly communication skills; both verbal and written
- Great attention to detail, time management and follow-through
- Adaptable with a proactive, “get things done” mindset
- Real earning potential: $65-75k+super+commissions (OTE $100K+)
- Fulltime permanent role: Tuesday-Saturday, regular business hours
