This is a consultative sales role that will see you build long-term relationships with homeowners, builders and design professionals. You will guide customers through design decisions, and close quality projects from enquiry to installation.
You'll be the key point of contact for the customer throughout their journey and will engage with them over phone and email, welcome them to the showroom and meet them onsite, to deliver tailored solutions.

- Preparing quotes, managing negotiations and closing sales
- Attending trade shows, site visits and handovers
- Keeping clients informed at every stage of the project
- Coordinating project documentation and updating CRM systems
- Experience in sales, BDM, B2B or a consultative client-facing role
- Confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders including homeowners, builders and designers
- Comfortable following up leads as well as new business development
- Strong communication skills with a personable, professional approach
- Exposure to construction, residential projects, building plans or design would be a plus (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with premium high-value products would be ideal
- Organised with solid admin and CRM capability
- A proactive, positive mindset with a willingness to learn
