As the face of the Alpine Spas showroom, you’ll help guide customers through the buying journey from first enquiry through to final sale and delivery.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting showroom customers and providing exceptional service
- Managing phone, email and LiveChat enquiries
- Preparing quotes and processing customer orders
- Following up leads and customer enquiries promptly
- Supporting daily showroom presentation and operations
- Assisting with stock movement, signage and showroom upkeep
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need to come from the spa industry, but you do need to enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering a high level of service.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in retail sales, showroom sales or customer service
- Is confident communicating with customers both in person and over the phone
- Has strong organisational and administration skills
- Works well in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
- Presents professionally and positively
- Has good attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities
