We’re looking for a confident and personable Sales Consultant to join their Richmond-based team, looking after showroom consultations as well as occasional on-site client meetings.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end sales role that will see you work with a high-end product, and engage with homeowners, builders and design professionals. You’ll guide customers through their purchasing journey from initial enquiry through to final delivery.

- Attending trade shows, site visits and handovers
- Keeping clients informed at every stage of the project
- Coordinating project documentation and updating CRM systems
- Experience in sales, BDM, B2B or a consultative client-facing role
- Confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders including homeowners, builders and designers
- Comfortable following up leads as well as new business development
- Strong communication skills with a personable, professional approach
- Exposure to construction, residential projects, building plans or design, or keen to learn
- Experience with premium high-value products would be ideal
- Organised with solid admin and CRM capability
- A proactive, positive mindset with a willingness to learn
