The role:
This is a high-impact sales role created to support growth as the business scales. You’ll be trusted to manage your own pipeline, work at pace, and focus on what you do best - closing deals and driving revenue.
It’s fast-paced, commercial, and best suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, momentum, and being rewarded for results.
What you’ll be doing
- Working a mix of warm inbound leads alongside your own outbound activity
- Running video-based sales conversations and confidently closing deals
- Bringing new clients on board and managing the relationships you build
- Collaborating with internal teams to maximise conversion and results
- Working towards clear targets and KPIs in a performance-led environment
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, with the ability to confidently progress opportunities and close deals
- A results-driven mindset - you enjoy working to targets, tracking performance, and being rewarded for outcomes
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and takes ownership of their pipeline
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and lead generation, with an understanding of how leads convert into revenue
- Strong communication skills and confidence running sales conversations end to end
- $90k + Super (open to negotiation depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission with genuine earning potential
