SMAART Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a fast-growing digital marketing and lead generation business based in South Melbourne.

This business is scaling quickly and investing in sales talent as they continue to expand across new markets.

They’re now looking for a strong B2B sales professional who understands lead generation, enjoys closing deals, and wants to grow alongside a business with big plans.

The role:
This is a high-impact sales role created to support growth as the business scales. You’ll be trusted to manage your own pipeline, work at pace, and focus on what you do best - closing deals and driving revenue.

It’s fast-paced, commercial, and best suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, momentum, and being rewarded for results.

What you’ll be doing
  • Working a mix of warm inbound leads alongside your own outbound activity
  • Running video-based sales conversations and confidently closing deals
  • Bringing new clients on board and managing the relationships you build
  • Collaborating with internal teams to maximise conversion and results
  • Working towards clear targets and KPIs in a performance-led environment
About you
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, with the ability to confidently progress opportunities and close deals
  • A results-driven mindset - you enjoy working to targets, tracking performance, and being rewarded for outcomes
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and takes ownership of their pipeline
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and lead generation, with an understanding of how leads convert into revenue
  • Strong communication skills and confidence running sales conversations end to end
