This is a consultative sales role that will see you build long-term relationships, guide customers through design decisions, and close quality projects from enquiry to installation.
You’ll be the key point of contact for the customer throughout their journey and will engage with them over phone and email, welcome them to the showroom and meet them onsite, to deliver tailored lift solutions.

- Understanding client needs and assessing project requirements
- Presenting compliant, practical and design-focused solutions
- Preparing quotes, negotiating and converting sales
- Coordinating documentation and maintaining CRM records
- Attending trade shows, site visits and handovers
- Keeping clients informed at every stage of the project
- Previous experience in sales, business development and B2B
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Confidence dealing with homeowners, builders, designers and stakeholders
- Comfortable following up incoming leads as well as developing new business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid admin and CRM skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exposure to construction, design or building plans is a plus (or willingness to learn)
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
