The Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the face of the showroom and a key contact for customers throughout their lift journey, from first enquiry through to installation.
- Responding to new and existing enquiries, business development and proactive follow-up
- Meeting clients in the showroom and on-site to discuss their needs
- Assessing client requirements and explaining design possibilities and limitations
- Advising solutions that balance compliance, practicality, and design
- Preparing quotations, following up, organising documentation and negotiating to order placement
- Keeping clients informed at every stage of the process
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the database/CRM
- Attending tradeshows and handovers
You enjoy consultative, solution-based sales and can comfortably talk to anyone, taking pride in offering a professional, helpful customer experience from start to finish.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service and B2B
- Strong customer relationship building skills
- Confident in following up incoming leads as well as new business development
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable dealing with homeowners, builders, designers and other stakeholders
- Solid computer skills, including CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- An understanding of design and construction processes and building plans, or keen to learn
- Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

- Showroom-based sales role in Richmond
- Fulltime permanent position
- Standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm)
- Realistic On Target Earnings of around $250,000 per annum (OTE including base, super and bonuses)
