About the Role
As the face of the Alpine Spas showroom, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences and helping customers find the perfect spa solution for their lifestyle.
From the moment a customer walks through the door or makes an enquiry, you'll guide them through their purchasing journey with confidence, professionalism and enthusiasm.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting showroom customers
- Building rapport and identifying customer needs
- Managing phone, email and LiveChat enquiries
- Preparing quotes and processing sales orders
- Following up leads and converting opportunities into sales
- Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Supporting stock movement, signage and daily showroom operations
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
About You
You don't need experience in the spa industry—we can teach you that.
What we're really looking for is someone who enjoys connecting with people, loves delivering exceptional service and has the drive to turn opportunities into sales.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience in retail sales, showroom sales or customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with customers face-to-face and over the phone
