What's on offer:
- $70,000 - $80,000 + Super + Commission
- Full-time permanent position, ASAP start
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm. Part-time hours may also be considered for the right candidate.

This is a true business development position focused on generating new opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline. You'll be engaging with decision-makers across a variety of industries and helping drive growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Outbound cold calling and prospecting to generate new business opportunities
- Researching and identifying potential clients across multiple industries
- Booking appointments and creating opportunities for the sales team
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective customers
- Managing and updating customer information within the CRM
- Working closely with leadership to support sales growth initiatives
- Contributing ideas and strategies to support expansion into new markets
- Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or business development
- Confident and professional communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in sales and business development
- Experience using Hubspot CRM systems is highly regarded
