- $65,000 base + super + uncapped comms
- Office-based in Mordialloc with parking available
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Full-time permanent opportunity with an ASAP start
You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle, build strong relationships, and convert inbound and outbound opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
- Converting inbound leads into sales and long-term clients
- Building strong client relationships
- Spotting gaps and upsell opportunities across existing accounts
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Smashing achievable KPIs and sales targets
This role suits a proactive, confident salesperson who thrives in fast-paced environments. If you’ve sold IT, technology, software or event solutions, you’ll feel right at home.
- Proven sales experience, particularly in a B2B environment
- Strong phone presence and confident communication, both written and verbal
- CRM experience with Salesforce or similar software
- Self-motivated, competitive and target-driven
- Experience selling IT, tech, software or event-related services is highly desirable
- Regular base salary reviews
