Located across two branches in Glen Waverley and Clayton in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, you will be joining a diverse and innovative company who have strong company values and promote from within.

About the role?
This role will see you delivering high-quality customer service while supporting a range of banking and administrative functions. You will manage day-to-day transactions, including cash handling and account processing, assist with memberships and account enquiries, and maintain accurate member records.
You will engage with members to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and identify referral opportunities, while also conducting proactive outbound calls to strengthen relationships. Alongside this, you will support general administrative tasks, participate in team initiatives, and maintain strong knowledge of products and services. This role also requires flexibility to provide support across multiple branch locations as needed.
   
About you?
  • 6-12 months experience in a branch-based role with teller responsibilities
  • Have a genuine passion for customer service and building a rapport
  • Be tech savvy with the ability to pick up new systems with ease
  • Have the ability to learn and retain detailed product information
  • RG416 is highly desirable however is not a requirement (can be completed during training)
  • Please note, you must hold Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship to be considered for the role.
