You’ll be working in a busy, customer-focused retail store set within an orchard environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support day-to-day operations, lead the team on shift, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting retail team members on shift
- Delivering excellent customer service and driving sales
- Managing stock levels, rotation and reducing wastage
- Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store presentation
- Operating POS and completing end-of-day reconciliation
- Supporting with rostering and shift coverage
- Coordinating deliveries and stock movement
- Assisting with payroll timesheets when required
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident managing stock, merchandising and store standards
- Hands-on, proactive and leads from the front
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised and team-focused
- Highly regarded: POS system experience
- Retail sales background
Permanent part-time | Minimum 25 hours per week
Across store trading hours:
- Mon–Fri: 8:15am – 5:00pm
- Flexibility required across a rotating roster.
