They’re now looking for an organised, proactive Operations & Customer Service Administrator to join their team and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

- Monday to Friday, standard business hours

This is a true all-rounder role where you’ll be the glue between operations, customer service and sales support.
- Processing orders and managing stock inventory
- Managing customer enquiries and building stakeholder relationship
- Admin support and coordination for the sales team
- End-to-end processing and reporting of retail claims
- Office administration, coordinating office services and supplies
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Identifying process improvements and supporting system efficiencies
- You are organised, adaptable and genuinely enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things on track
- Previous experience in a high-volume administrative role
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Confidence working across multiple systems (ERP experience highly regarded)
- A proactive mindset and ability to identify process improvements
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work autonomously
