- Payroll Officer
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Officer
- Finance Administration Officer
- Data Entry and Data Processing Officer
- Revenue or Billing Officer
- Operations Support Officer
- Customer Service (Finance or Government environments)
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in finance, payroll, accounts or high-volume data entry roles
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with finance systems, ERP platforms or payroll software
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills (excel proficiency highly regarded)
- Ability to manage deadlines, reconcile data and work within compliance frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- National Police Clearances and Working with Children Checks are highly regarded (but not essential)
What you’ll need to thrive:
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Solid IT skills (intermediate level or above)
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Candidates with National Police Clearances and Working with Children Checks are desirable, but not mandatory
