Are you a hands-on marketing all-rounder who thrives in a small, collaborative team? We’re seeking a Temporary Marketing Specialist to provide part-time support across a busy two-month period, ensuring marketing and communications activity continues seamlessly during an interim phase.
This is an operational, roll-up-your-sleeves role where you’ll manage day-to-day marketing activity, keep digital channels moving, and support stakeholder coordination. You’ll work closely with the CEO and play a key role in maintaining continuity across communications and engagement functions.
- Manage and schedule social media content
- Draft, format and distribute EDMs via Mailchimp
- Update website content using WordPress
- Create basic digital assets using Canva, Adobe or similar
- Support general marketing initiatives as required
- Monitor and respond to general enquiries
- Coordinate meetings for senior stakeholders
- Provide broad administrative support
- Maintain accurate communication records and contact lists
- Provide communications support during recruitment of a permanent marketing lead
- Ensure marketing and stakeholder engagement activity continues without disruption
- Work closely with leadership to maintain consistency across channels
You are organised, proactive and confident working independently. You enjoy keeping things moving, managing multiple priorities and ensuring no detail is missed.
- Experience in social media management and digital communications
- Strong proficiency in Mailchimp, WordPress and Microsoft Office
- Graphic design capability in Canva, Adobe or similar
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfort working in a short-term, part-time contract role
- $40 + Super P/H

- Part Time position of 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (preferably)
- Work from home on a Thursday (if you have your own hardware)
- 2 Month Contract to finish end of April.
