Operating globally, the Melbourne-based team is implementing a next-generation ERP system to drive business growth and operational excellence.
This is an amazing opportunity to own data integrity, process improvement, and cross-department communication across the business.

You will play a critical role in supporting ERP implementation, ensuring data accuracy, and bridging finance, operations, and manufacturing teams. It’s a unique chance to gain a deep understanding of a complex manufacturing operation and be part of a key transformation project and continue to help shape the future of the business.

About you:
  • Background in accounting, finance, or data/systems, ideally with exposure to manufacturing or inventory processes
  • Understanding of bills of materials, standard costing, and inventory roll-ups highly regarded
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy standards
  • Confident working across departments and communicating complex information clearly
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and recommend process improvements
  • Highly motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with software and systems, including Excel, ERP, or other data platforms
  • Experience undertaking working within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Previous experience operating Business Central is desirable, but not essential.
