Based in our Adelaide CBD office, you’ll lead a small team of emerging and established recruiters while actively delivering recruitment solutions across temp and perm roles.
You’ll work with prestigious brands, SMEs, and State Government, building long-term partnerships and making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters
- Coach performance while leading from the front through your own billing
- Manage a full 360° recruitment desk
- Source, screen, interview, and place high-quality candidates
- Build and maintain strong talent pools
- Nurture and grow client relationships
- Conduct client meetings and deliver consultative recruitment solutions
- Attend networking and industry events
