Based in our Adelaide CBD office, you’ll steer a team of emerging and established recruiters while engaging with some of the most prestigious brands and organisations as well as State Government.
- Mentoring and supporting your colleagues guiding them through their recruitment journey
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess suitability
- Building and maintaining strong talent pools
- Matching candidates with client requirements and role expectations
- Nurturing client relationships
- Scheduling and attending client meetings
- Building long-term relationships through consistent value-add contact
