In this is a key role you'll be acting as the “red thread” across clients and craft teams, ensuring delivery is seamless, commercially sound, and culturally grounded.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading key client relationships as a trusted senior contact
- Coordinating across internal teams and overseeing delivery to ensure consistent, high-quality output
- Ensuring all work is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard
- Running client meetings, planning sessions, and campaign reviews
- Supporting and managing a small team to excellent work
- Contributing to RFQs, tenders, and proposals with senior leadership
- Managing budgets, tracking jobs, invoicing, and reporting
- Driving account growth through strong client relationships and opportunity spotting
- Full time permanent position: $130,000 – $150,000 + super

- Experience in client account management and/or consulting, ideally within client, agency, creative or media environments
- Strong experience managing complex client relationships and multi-stream delivery
- Background in ESG, DEI, social impact, First Nations engagement or similar sectors would be ideal
- Confident stakeholder management working with senior clients
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets
- Adept with Microsoft Office and CRMs like HubSpot.
- Ability to understand what great work looks like and lead a team towards it
- Exposure to or interest in First Nations engagement or social impact work
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to adapt in a fast-moving environment
