Key Responsibilities
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will:
- Build and run a high-performing marketing engine that drives brand awareness, inbound enquiries, and qualified opportunities, with a clear focus on increasing the number and frequency of product demonstrations
- Identify, plan, and coordinate relevant conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Strengthen email marketing through structured campaigns, lead nurturing, and follow-up sequences
- Manage and coordinate external providers across website development, SEO, video production, design, and digital execution
- Track key marketing metrics, report on performance, and continuously optimise systems and processes
- Coordinate with external agencies on website updates and social media activity, including supporting LinkedIn presence
- Drive pipeline progression by engaging pre-qualified prospects and coordinating demos, events, and key conversion touchpoints
- Salary range of $100,000–$120,000 + Super depending on experience

- Monday to Friday role, standard business hours (8:00 am – 4:00 pm). Please note that this is a fully office-based role.

- 5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of lead generation and hands-on marketing execution
- Experience in product or service-based marketing
- Comfortable working in a small business environment with a broad, hands-on role
- Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns
- Experience coordinating and managing external suppliers or agencies
- Data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of KPIs, reporting, and marketing performance
