In this field-based role, you’ll be working directly with injured workers and employers across workplaces, clinics and community settings, driving early intervention and recovery outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll manage early intervention support and return-to-work coordination by:
- Delivering face-to-face support to injured workers and employers
- Developing and driving return-to-work (RTW) plans with key stakeholders
- Conducting on-site visits across workplaces and medical clinics
- Providing clear guidance on entitlements, obligations and recovery pathways
- Coaching employers to support safe and sustainable RTW outcomes
- Supporting workers through goal setting and recovery planning
- Collaborating with claims, technical and medical specialists
- Monitoring risks, compliance and legislative requirements
- $80,000 base salary + $14,000 car allowance
- Field-based role – varied, active and people-focused
- Hybrid working model, optional 9 day fortnight or Monthly RDO!

You’re confident working in people-facing situations and comfortable navigating sensitive conversations.
- Experience in claims, rehab, allied health, case management or strong customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills across face-to-face, phone and written channels
- Ability to build trust quickly with diverse stakeholders
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- Ability to manage a mobile, autonomous workload
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
