This role assists in the production of studio projects while contributing to digital content creation, social media management and email marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the production of live-streamed seminars
- Basic video editing
- Creating and uploading social media content
- Drafting and scheduling email marketing campaigns
- Proofreading and checking digital materials for accuracy
- Administrative support and data entry
- General office support as part of a small, friendly team
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Basic video editing experience is ideal but not essential (training provided)
- Some proficiency in Final Cut Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, HubSpot and Canva would be great, but not necessary to apply
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
- Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., building and scheduling EDMs, formatting content, managing lists)
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a small, collaborative team
