This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established business within the test & tag industry, based in Rowville. You will provide support to customers across a range of leading products.
The Role:
This is a blended position involving inbound enquiries, sales administration, and the odd face-to-face customer interaction with a strong focus on providing accurate product information and fantastic customer service. You will also:
- Managing general product enquiries from businesses and customers
- Handling inbound calls and providing clear, accurate information
- Handling the odd face-to-face enquiry down by the service desk
- Updating and maintaining the CRM
- Managing bookings for customers undertaking training demonstions
About You:
You thrive in fast paced environments where no two days are the same, and enjoy the variety of balancing inbound enquiries and customer support. We are happy to consider applicants from a range of backgrounds including retail, contact centre or sales. You will also need:
- A strong customer centric mindset
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience using CRM systems (highly regarded)
- $65,000 to $70,000 + Super
- Monday to Friday hours with flexibility, typically 8am to 4:30pm or 9am to 5pm
