The Role
You will be responsible for supporting a busy team with a mix of customer enquiries and administrative tasks, including:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries
- Assisting with general processing and account updates
- Supporting with requotes and customer follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
About You
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or administration
- Strong communication skills and confidence handling customer enquiries
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and multitask effectively
- Available to start immediately
- $38 per hour + super
- Monday to Friday, standard business hours
- Melbourne CBD location with hybrid flexibility
