Job description

We are currently seeking detail-oriented Customer Support & Administration Consultants for a 2-month contract based in Melbourne CBD.
Candidates on a Working Holiday Visa are encouraged to apply.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, supportive team environment, with a strong focus on customer service and administrative support.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting a busy team with a mix of customer enquiries and administrative tasks, including:
  • Handling inbound customer enquiries
  • Assisting with general processing and account updates
  • Supporting with requotes and customer follow-ups
  • Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
This role is process-driven, with a strong focus on attention to detail and delivering a positive customer experience.

About You
  • Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or administration
  • Strong communication skills and confidence handling customer enquiries
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and multitask effectively
  • Available to start immediately
