About the role
In this role, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for customers and you’ll play a key role in providing them with the outstanding service the company is known for. You’ll support customers with their questions and orders, while working closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Offering product advice and solutions, including identifying opportunities to upsell where appropriate
- Processing orders, warranties and follow-ups accurately
- Keeping customer details up to date in the CRM system
- Supporting the sales team with quotes and administration
- Collaborating with warehouse and internal teams to resolve issues
- Assisting with occasional trade events or product training sessions
You’re organised, reliable and naturally enjoy working with people. You take pride in doing things well and delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or inside sales (trade or product-based experience is a bonus)
- Clear, confident and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great organisation and multitasking skills
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A proactive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn

- Full-time, permanent role
- $80,000–$85,000 + super
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
