Now, they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team!
About the role:
- $68,000 + superannuation + small bonus
- Full-time permanent position with an ASAP start
- Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm (some public holidays are required and incur additional perks)
- Office based in South Melbourne, very close to a tram stop.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who excels in customer service and thrives on helping people find the right product for them. As part of the Happiness Team, you will be responsible for assisting customers from initial purchase all the way through post-purchase care.
As this is a rapidly-growing business, there are plenty of opportunities for further career development beyond the Customer Service team.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers with how to use their new products via demonstrations (free massages!)
- Provide initial customer service, as well as aftersales care and follow up
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, internal processes and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Organise and track delivery of products while keeping the customer informed.
- Work with team members and leaders to enhance operational efficiency.
About you:
- Proven experience in a hands-on customer service and administration role.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and multitask, using platforms such as Zoho, SAP, Excel and more.
- Positive attitude and willingness to share your opinions and ask questions when needed.
- Comfortable working independently and within part of a collaborative team environment.
- Eager to progress your career and grow with the business.
