What you’ll be doing:
- Managing customer enquiries from start to finish
- Communicating with customers via phone and email
- Identifying issues early and making decisions to keep processes moving
- Keeping customers informed and supported throughout their journey
- Working closely with your team while learning new skills
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
- Confidence speaking with customers and handling different situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
