Because of their growth, we now seek the service of eight Customer Service Consultants to join the rapidly expanding team in the heart of Sydney CBD.
As a Customer Service Consultant you will manage inbound calls and follow up on enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
Your role is to offer the best possible service and find the customer the insurance package that best suits their needs. No pushy sales here!
Training will be 6 weeks and will be held in the Sydney CBD office. Post training this will be a Hybrid position that offers flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in customer service and/or inbound sales
- Previous insurance, banking, finance, services or call centre experience would be ideal but not necessary to apply
- Proficient in MS suite and modern software applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve on the fly
- Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + Super (Depending on experience)
