Role Details.
As a Phone-Based Collections Officer in a state-of-the-art contact centre, you will engage with customers who are in arrears and support them throughout the collections process. This role requires empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to providing premium service to luxury clientele.
- Location: Mulgrave (Free onsite parking)
- Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm - Occasional Saturday shifts on a rotating basis (10:00am–4:00pm, penalty rates apply)
- Pay Rate:$35–$36 per hour + Super + applicable penalty rates
- Hybrid Flexibility: Work from home up to 2 days per week once fully trained (equipment provided)
- Temporary position until end of June 2026, with potential for extension
