We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to join an organisation based in Melbourne CBD. This is a 3-month temporary opportunity, with the potential for extension depending on business needs and your performance in the role.
You will be working with a company specialising in novated leasing and salary packaging, supporting the novated leasing team. This role combines customer service and administrative responsibilities, with a strong focus on data entry, inbox management, and handling inbound and outbound phone calls when required.

Key Details:
- 3-month temporary contract with potential for extension
- Full time hours across Monday to Friday, general business hours
- $35.50 per hour + super (paid weekly)
- Melbourne CBD location with hybrid flexibility (3 days WFH, 2 days in office) Starting ASAP!
- Manage shared email inboxes
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as required
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain CRM records
- Process documentation and maintain electronic filing systems
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an office-based customer service and administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence working across multiple systems and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
