We’re on the hunt for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join a busy, fast-paced team based in Tingalpa. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, solving problems, and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
You’ll be the go-to person connecting customers, sales, and operations, helping ensure orders run smoothly from start to finish.
Day to Day:
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders, quotes, and data entry accurately
- Supporting customers with product information and order updates
- Working closely with sales and operations teams daily
- Coordinating custom orders and delivery requirements
- Handling customer issues and finding solutions quickly
- Maintaining accurate customer records and system updates
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Someone organised who can multitask in a busy environment
- High attention to detail and confidence using systems
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is highly regarded
- Trade, manufacturing, logistics, or construction industry exposure is a bonus
